Return Conditions

By submitting this form, you agree to:

  1. Return the item(s) in original condition with all tags attached
  2. Include all original packaging and accessories
  3. Ship returns within 14 days of approval
  4. Be responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is faulty)

Important Notes:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective
  • Final approval of your return is subject to inspection
